Our Story
Nuventa Solutions was built on six years of working side by side and decades of experience.
Jess and Aleesha first met while working in the New Zealand dairy and nutrition industry where they quickly formed a close working partnership. It became increasingly obvious that they bought two distinct essential halves to the table.
Commercial strategy, supply chain, and manufacturing on one side. Formulation, technical, NPD, regulatory, and market access on the other. The more Jess and Aleesha worked together, the clearer it became that their combined skill set could deliver something most businesses simply cannot. A genuine end-to-end service for brands wanting to develop and manufacture quality products from New Zealand, without needing to piece it together from multiple partners.
Nuventa Solutions is the result of that realisation. Two founders, complementary expertise built over decades, and a shared belief that New Zealand's manufacturing quality and provenance deserves to reach more markets.

Jess Needham has spent over a decade in senior roles across every part of the dairy and infant formula supply chain. From farm supply and ingredient sourcing through to production, quality, and getting product into international markets. Jess has been on the factory floor, managed the teams, navigated the commercial negotiations, and built the supply strategies. That end-to-end experience is not incidental, it is the whole point.
After watching too many good products get bogged down by disconnected commercial and operational thinking, Jess set out to change that. A business where the commercial side genuinely understands how manufacturing works, and where clients never have to choose between moving fast and getting it right.
Whatever the category, whatever the market, if it involves getting a quality product made and delivered right, that is where Jess thrives.
At Nuventa Solutions, Jess leads commercial strategy, client relationships, supply chain, manufacturing and logistics. This makes sure every project is set up to succeed from day one, not just at launch, but for the long term.
Jess is based in the Waikato, New Zealand. Outside of work, Jess is most at home exploring the world through its food and culture a passion that, if anything, only deepens her belief in what New Zealand has to offer.

Aleesha Thame is the technical force behind Nuventa Solutions. After two decades working across major multinationals and family-owned businesses, she grew tired of watching strong product concepts stall in the space between formulation, manufacturing, and market launch. She knew there had to be a better way.
With hands-on expertise across formulation, NPD, market access, and sourcing, Aleesha works end-to-end to move consumer health and food products from idea to shelf without the usual back-and-forth or guesswork.
She thrives on refining formulations, translating concepts into factory-ready specifications, ensuring labelling meets regulatory requirements, navigating certifications, managing stability testing, and solving the practical realities of production.
For Aleesha, it has never been about theory, it is about knowing what actually works, and getting it done properly the first time.
Aleesha holds a Bachelor of Technology in Food Technology (Honours) and grew up in the Taranaki region before her career took her across the globe. Those experiences shaped both her technical depth and her understanding of what international markets really want.
Now based in Auckland, Aleesha is as passionate about New Zealand's lifestyle as she is about the products it produces.
